What a year!

Well, what a campaigning year it's been! Thank you so much to all our supporters for keeping the fire burning bright. While our wild camping rights are still unfortunately in question, the tide of support for access rights has risen considerably in 2024.

As campaigns so often are, along the way there's been a mix of joy and dismay, of hope and frustration -- but we're so lucky to have built a campaign of determined and creative folk who have brought their love and playfulness to even the most challenging of situations - and thanks too to groups who have stood with us in 2024 bringing expertise and experience: not least @openspacessociety @dartmoorpreservation @campaign4parks @teambmc @gostargazing @trashfreetrails and of course @lovedartmoor

We're awaiting the supreme court judgement (we don't know when it will come) and are busy preparing for both a win and a lose -- either way, when the time comes we'd like you to join us back up on the moors in 2025.

Let's make it the year when wild camping rights are not only returned to Dartmoor, but the year in which we see positive steps forward for everyone's access to the countryside.
