Rally outside the Supreme Court: 8th October

Rally outside the Supreme Court: 8th October

On the 8th of October we will rally outside the Supreme Court in London in defence of our right to wild camp on Dartmoor. Join us from 11am.

Following the erasure of the right to wild camp on the Dartmoor commons in January 2023, and then the subsequent winning back of these rights at appeal in July 2023, the right to wild camp will once again be challenged - this time in the highest court in the land.

Dartmoor National Park Authority with the support of Open Spaces Society will be defending the right to wild camp from the legal challenge brought by Alexander Darwall - the wealthy owner of 4,000 acres of Dartmoor.

Whatever the outcome, we stand defiant and resolute. The Stars Are For Everyone.
